1. Cancellation Policy
After the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However we reserve the right to accept or reject/cancel an order at any point of time without stating any reason for the same.
2. Refund Policy
If your credit card has been charged and we have cancelled your order the amount charged will be refunded.
3. Delivery and Shipping Policy
Once your pieces are ready for delivery they will be dispatched in one or two working days. Delivery time is normally around four to seven days. Under rare circumstances if delivery of goods does get delayed from the shipping companies end and we are not liable for the same. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Within India: Estimated time of delivery is 7-10 business days.
International orders: We ship worldwide at nominal rates. After the Billing and shipping details are entered, the shipping rate for that particular country gets applied in the Total order cost before proceeding to the payment. Estimated time of delivery is 10- 14 business days.
4. Return policy
The Product once Sold cannot be returned/exchanged. For any damage reporting, unboxing video is mandatory. We will not accept any exchange/return without the complete unboxing video. Please note shipping charges will be borne by the customer for exchanges. The Exchange of the product is purely based on the availability of the same.
All customized pieces are non returnable and non exchangeable.
